EXHIBITIONS
This collection is inspired by Antony Gormley's 'Inside Australia', a monumental art installation located on the vast, starkly beautiful salt flats of Lake Ballard in Western Australia.
It features 51 black chromium steel alloy figures scattered across a ten-square-kilometre area.
Gormley chose Lake Ballard for its unique geography—a flat, ancient landscape with a 360-degree horizon.
The figures stand in silent dialogue with this environment, their shapes changing with the shifting light and long shadows of sunrise and sunset.
Visitors are invited to walk among the "Insiders," an experience that encourages a deeper connection to the scope,scale and silence of the Australian outback.
The work is not just about the art itself, but the journey to and through it, as the footprints of visitors connect the seemingly isolated sculptures into a network of shared experience.
